What Is A Hob Knocker Can not wait a couple of weeks?

I've seen so many decorated Christmas windows that I'm tempted to decorate the windows of this apartment, but not Christmas. Halloween.

I do not think it does, and to decorate just a little more than a dozen days makes no sense, but I'll leave it as a goal for next year ~
