New Baby Flower Card Wording NBA

Speaking of the NBA, here is a handy little bilingual map of the NBA teams that I made. The NBA is very popular here, and is also one of the main ways that many young people here are familiar with names of American cities. So this map can help teach US geography too, because it helps them locate those names in space.

Speaking of basketball, it looks like our team is done for the year. Leo is gone, probably for good, and he was kind of our captain: organized all the games for us, found us teams to play with and communicated with them, and basically did everything that needed to be done that wasn't just showing up and playing (which the rest of us did). Also, we've lost our two best players. One went back to the US; one got kicked off the team for bad sportsmanship (meaning: taking things way too seriously, cussing out the refs, yelling and getting angry, and overall making the game no fun to play anymore). With Leo gone too, that's probably our three best players, or at least three of the top four or five. One other guy is still in Haikou but not on campus anymore so he can't come very often, which basically leaves me (and I don't really care one way or the other) plus a bunch of people who've never played basketball in their lives and are still learning how not to double-dribble (much less make a basket). So I think we're pretty much done. Our final record for the year was 15-7-1. (We were doing better than that until we lost those two best players, and lost three of our last four games.) Season over!

Speaking of the NBA finals, I blame Dan Sheeran for the Cavs Not Being in it this year.
